AS Roma star Daniele de Rossi has rubbished claims he talked up the prospect of moving to Manchester or PSG.

De Rossi has denied even giving an interview to Four Four Two magazine on Manchester and Roma.

"I never gave an interview to the magazine Four Four Two," he wrote on the official club Twitter feed.

Statements from the interview had been circulated widely in the Italian media on Friday evening, including quotes on being flattered at interest from English clubs Manchester United and Manchester City.
