A coaching swap is being mooted between AC Milan and Roma.

Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti has made no secret of his ambition to work for Roma, while Rossoneri vice-president Adriano Galliani is a big fan of Giallorossi boss Luciano Spalletti.

La Stampa says with both men under pressure, a coaching swap could be on.

There are some at Roma who remain unhappy that Spalletti met with Chelsea officials over the summer, while Ancelotti is struggling to inspire his squad with Milan yet to record a point this season.

Any potential move won't happen until June and much will depend on whether the pair can hang onto their jobs this term.
