Norwich City did NOT make an offer for Anderlecht ace Lucas Biglia on deadline day , it has been revealed.
La Dernière Heure says Anderlecht fielded an €8 million offer from Norwich on deadline day - much to their surprise.
After a bit probing, they discovered the Canaries were not behind the bid. Instead it was a rogue agent desperately trying to rake in his commission!
