Thomas Rogne admits he wants to play for Celtic for a long time as he goes about negotiating a new contract.

The 21-year old Norwegian centre-back has a season to run on the initial three-and-half-year deal he signed in January 2010 but is hoping he can sign an extension so he can continue playing for the Glasgow giants.

"There have been a few talks," said Rogne.

"I'm very pleased to stay here and hopefully I'll stay here for a long time so we will see what happens.

"I love this club, I love playing here."
