Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers was left to rue what may have been upon his return to Swansea City today.
The Reds manager headed back to the Liberty Stadium to see his side force a 0-0 draw with his old club but it could have been a different story if Jose Enrique was not flagged for offside in the first half - a decision which Rodgers feels was incorrect.
"We were unfortunate with the offside goal we had ruled out; that was a goal, I have seen it on the replay," he said.
"But we are now eight games unbeaten and we are chipping away and our method was good today."
Liverpool currently sit 11th on the table with 16 points from 13 matches ahead of Wednesday's trip to Tottenham.
