Swansea City boss Brendan Rodgers says he's ready to discuss new terms.
Rodgers believes Brit bosses are frozen out of the top jobs.
He said: "There are very few clubs I would leave here for. And if you look at the trend, when does a British manager get a chance at a big club?
"I won't be here forever, but Swansea gave me my chance after I'd been sacked by Reading, and other clubs wouldn't touch me. I'm not going to repay them by running out on them now.
"I'll sit down with the chairman when we both have time and I'll sign a new deal."
