Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers admits he's proud to be taking his squad to Indonesia.
The Reds have confirmed they will visit Jakarta on Saturday, July 20 to take on an Indonesian XI.
"We've very much looking forward to visiting Indonesia," said Rodgers. "As a football club, it's our first visit to there - and I've never been to the country before either.
"We're really excited about the prospect of going to Indonesia and bringing our fantastic football players and being able to mix and see our great supporters in that part of the world, so we're very excited.
"I believe it's one of - if not the - largest proportion of supporters that Liverpool has. I understand Asia has an incredible amount of Liverpool supporters - and what I've heard about is their passion and love for Liverpool Football Club.
"I'm really looking forward to taking the team and the club over there in order to be in amongst those great supporters. I've seen the images of the club being in Asia before and it looks really exciting."
