Swansea City manager Brendan Rodgers was delighted with the way his team played in today's 2-0 home win over Stoke City.
The Swans recorded their second win of their first Premier League campaign thanks to goals from Scott Sinclair and Danny Graham and Rodgers was pleased with how the playing group went about it against very tough opposition.
"It was a mammoth effort, everyone knows Stoke are one of the most difficult teams to play against and I thought our performance and what we put into the game was incredible," he said.
"My players have put a marker down that people who do not know us will look at.
"Everyone talks about our style and our football, I think you saw there is a steel in the team. To keep a clean sheet against a team like that...the players were incredible and they got their just rewards."
