Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is open to bringing Michael Owen back to the club.

Owen is a free agent after being let go by Manchester United.

Rodgers said: "Any player I believe can improve the squad, I will look at - there's absolutely no question about that.

"I cannot say no to anything. I have to look a ways to change the group. We need reinforcements."
