Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers is planning to bounce back quickly in this week's FA Cup quarter-final replay.

The Reds have lost their past two Premier League fixtures - to Manchester United and Arsenal - but get the opportunity to book a Wembley date in the famous cup competition when they head to Ewood Park to meet Blackburn Rovers on Wednesday.

"It's important to have a game quickly when you lose," he said. "The group's very committed to winning this trophy.

"We know Blackburn will be a difficult game for us, but getting to a final and winning a trophy is what we want."
