Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers says he'll continue giving young players their chance.
Rodgers insists any youth system is only as successful as the first team manager allows it to be.
He said: "You can have the best academy in the world, but if you don't have a manager who give young players opportunities they've got no hope and no chance. We've got potential.
"I think what you've got is a manager who will give them a chance. I think every club takes youth development seriously.
"Manchester United and Arsenal are other clubs that put youth at the forefront.
"The academy here is good, with wonderful facilities, but what they've had this year is an opportunity."
