Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is eager to add to his squad this week.
The Northern Irishman remains keen to bolster his squad before next Monday's transfer deadline.
He indicated last week that he was looking for another central defender, while a fresh report has linked the Reds with Chelsea forward Victor Moses.
Rodgers said: "We have got targets. There is speculation around many names and while the window is open we will continue to look to improve the squad.
"We will hopefully come out the back of it with a stronger group.
"The group I have at the moment has been doing brilliantly and I have every faith, even if we didn't get any more in, that these players will do really well this season.
"But the idea is to strengthen it that little bit more and hopefully we can do that."
