Rodgers backs Chelsea players to unite

Watford boss Brendan Rodgers wouldn't be surprised if Chelsea turned around their season under new manager Guus Hiddink.

Rodgers, who spent four years as a Blues coach, knows the strength of Chelsea's players though and was not shocked at what happened next.

He said: "They are top players so their mentality is always going to be strong, whatever happens.

"I was there when they lost a couple of managers and they galvanise each other."
