Hugo Rodallega says Dimitar Berbatov has taken on a leadership role at Fulham.

Rodallega - and fellow new boy - says Berbatov has made as much of an impact off the pitch than on it.

He said: "Dimitar is rather a shy person, but when he speaks, we listen. I have already learned a lot from him."
