Hal Robson-Kanu's late goal earned Reading a 1-1 draw in their pre-season friendly against Brighton on the south coast.

The home side who took the lead from the penalty spot when Ashley Barnes went down under a soft challenge from Shaun Cummings and Spaniard Vicente stepped up to beat Adam Federici.

Time looked to be running out for the Premier League new boys before Robson-Kanu arrived at the back post to head home the equaliser late on.
