Robinho has urged Santos star Ganso to join him at AC Milan.
The 21-year-old talent is looking for a move to Europe and appears torn between the Rossoneri and rivals Inter.
"Ganso has character, plays with a clear head and it's obvious the fans will criticise him, as they are supporting Santos above all else," Robinho told SporTV in Brazil.
"But he is sad at Santos and mustn't make the mistakes I did. He is a champion and will absolutely explode on the scene here at Milan."
