The Rossoneri have already announced a deal for the Manchester City striker until June 2017 and are selling his jersey on their online store.
"Balotelli is a great player and will come to help the team," said Robinho.
"We are happy and the locker room awaits him with open arms. We hope he can have a great season here at Milan."
There are some reports the Brazilian could be sold now that Balotelli has arrived, as negotiations reached an impasse with Santos a few weeks ago.
"There is enthusiasm in the team and we are improving. There are still many games to go and we must continue notching up points to climb the table.
"We started the season badly and know Serie A is difficult, but we are in good form right now and in a crucial stage of the competition. Anything is possible.
"At this moment we cannot get it wrong and it'll be difficult with Udinese, but we are prepared."
