Robinho nets double as Brazil trounce Tanzania

Manchester City’s Robinho netted a double for Brazil as they took the sword to Tanzania in a World Cup warm-up match in Dar es Salaam.

The Brazilians enjoyed a solid lead-up match to their opening group stage clash with North Korea on June 15 scoring twice through Robinho, currently on loan with Santos, in the first half.

Benfica midfielder Ramires made it 3-0 eight minutes after the break with a solo effort from the left flank before Real Madrid star Kaka added a fourth with his chest after 75 minutes.

Tanzania managed to grab a consolation goal in the 86th minute through a Jabir Aziz header before Ramires grabbed his second to finish the rout.
