The agent of Real Madrid winger Robinho has told Chelsea they will be landing the equivalent of Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo if they were to sign the Brazilian.

"I had a conversation with Frank Arnesen and two of his advisers by telephone," Wagner Ribeiro told Globoesporte. "They confirmed that they will try to sign Robinho.
"Neither he nor I liked that he was being used as a kind of bargaining chip [to Manchester United].
"That devalues a professional athlete.
"Robinho is better or equal to Cristiano Ronaldo. If Real had won the Champions League, I have no doubt that he would be forwarded as the best in the world."
