Jason Roberts insists he has something to offer Reading.

The veteran striker is back from suspension for his first game of the season tonight at home to Peterborough.

Roberts, 34, said: "We have lots of competition for places, especially up front.

"But since I came to this club I think I've shown what I am about and will continue to do that."
