Anzhi player-coach Roberto Carlos says they'll outbid Real Madrid and Barcelona for Neymar.
The Santos star is wanted by all three clubs.
Real legend Roberto Carlos warned: "Neymar? I have already spoken to him.
"If Real, Barcelona or Manchester United cannot afford the transfer, we will pay. (Anzhi owner) Suleyman Kerimov can provide everything he wants."
