Robben tells Bayern Munich supporters to ignore Man Utd speculation

Arjen Robben says he is happy at Bayern Munich following speculation linking him with a move to Manchester United, reports Sky Sports.

Robben has previously worked under United manager Louis Van Gaal during his spells as boss of Bayern and the Netherlands.

But Robben, who has a year and a half remaining on his current deal, has told Bayern supporters that his sole focus is on continuing his good form for the Bundesliga leaders.

"I never thought about a transfer," Robben said at an event for Bayern supporters. "I am happy in Munich - my family is happy in Munich.

"My contract runs until 2017. You can't look too far forward in football, but everything is fine at the moment - I hope things continue this way."
