River Plate's Fernandez wants Lazio move

River Plate winger Augusto Fernandez admits he hopes to seal a move to Lazio - once he gains his European passport.

"I hope to get my citizenship, so if I have to leave, I will go to a club like Lazio where Juan Pablo (Carrizo) now is," said Fernandez.
