River Plate's Fernandez needs passport for Lazio move

River Plate winger Augusto Fernandez is set for talks with Lazio.

A spokesman for the Argentine's agent revealed: "We are waiting for his passport, the boy wants to go to Italy, to Lazio. We have other offers from Italy and abroad.

"This week, however, we will go in person to Italy and speak with (Lazio president) Claudio Lotito.

"The president has already told us that without a passport nothing will be done. "
