River Plate winger Augusto Matias Fernandez is waiting to complete a move to Lazio.
"I'm waiting for the double passport, I hope to get it soon. With my heart, I want to stay in Buenos Aires, but the head tells me that the time has come to try a new experience abroad," said Fernandez.
"It would be nice to follow Carrizo to Lazio."
