Former Barcelona star Rivaldo has paid tribute to Lionel Messi.

Messi broke the club's all-time scoring record this week.

Rivaldo, now playing in Angola, said: "In my opinion, he has already made history. That is why I think he can be the greatest player ever to represent [Barcelona]."
