Esmael Goncalves says he can be St Mirren's Didier Drogba.
The Guinea-Bassau-born Portuguese striker has joined the Paisley club on loan from Rio Ave and suggests he can bring to St Mirren Park a similar style to what Drogba has produced over his successful career.
"Drogba was my hero growing up. In fact, I think I'm similar in style to him," he said.
"I used to watch him play every game for Marseille. Now St Mirren have their own Drogba!
"I trained with the squad on Wednesday morning and I was impressed. I'm ready to play and make a good impression."
