Rijkaard on shortlist of Tottenham chairman Levy

Frank Rijkaard is under consideration at Tottenham as a replacement for Harry Redknapp.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is actively drawing up a contingency plan with Redknapp the FA's top target for the England job.

The Sunday Express says Everton boss David Moyes is high on Levy's shortlist - as his Dutchman Rijkaard.

Rijkaard is available and has expressed an ambition to work in England after a tumultuous spell with Galatasaray last season.
