Liverpool's summer signing Albert Riera has compared the current Reds team with Rafa Benitez's title winning Valencia sides of 2002 and 2004. The Spanish winger played against Benitez's Valencia in his Real Mallorca days before joining the Spaniard at Liverpool.
He told Liverpool's official TV channel: "When I played against Valencia for Real Mallorca it was the same. It was difficult to beat them.
"A Rafa Benitez team doesn't have to play well to win because they are very strong tactically and mentally. The idea is always very clear and that's important - every player knows what they are doing when they go on the pitch."
