Former West Bromwich Albion defender Liam Ridgewell says Tony Pulis should be handed the manager's job.
Ridgewell left WBA this year for Portland Timbers in the MLS.
"Personally [I think they should approach] Tony Pulis," he told talkSPORT.
"He did such a fantastic job in a short time at Crystal Palace, he turned them right around from a bottom-three side to finishing the season in tenth.
"He got the team playing in the right way and the most important thing for West Brom is to stay in the league, and Pulis did that for Palace.
"Tim Sherwood is an up-and-coming manager and really wants to prove himself, but I'd say they should go for Tony Pulis purely because of his record in the league."
