Kieran Richardson was full of praise for Fulham teammate Adel Taarabt in defeat to Manchester City.
Richardson's goal was created by Taarabt in the 4-2 loss.
"There's no denying about the boy's ability," said Richardson. "Everyone knows that. He can take on defenders, slip balls. That's what he's about.
"Like me, it was his first game back in a long while as well. A lot of people are hungry.
"Sitting on the sideline, you don't want to be there, you just want to be out on the pitch playing.
"It gets the fire back in your belly. Maybe that's happened to him and me. We come on the pitch and we want to stay there."
