Skysports reports that Micah Richards is yet to sign his new contract at Manchester City.

City offered the England star fresh terms late last month, but as yet the deal remains unsigned.

The 19 year old is arguably one of the hottest prospects in world football and City are desperate to tie him down to a new contract - even though he has two seasons left on his current deal.

Most of Europe's big-guns, including England's top four - are keeping very close tabs on the situation.

Although Richards' deal has not been rejected, City are anxious that their current offer remains unsigned.
