Micah Richards admits seeing teammates leave Manchester City is difficult.

Richards gives the impression he misses some former team-mates who have gone through the revolving doors.

"It's different managers like differing things," he told the Manchester Evening News.

"It's sort of weird but it happens in football, I suppose. You just have to get on with it and concentrate on your own performance."
