Former Arsenal coach Pat Rice feels the club face a massive challenge finding Arsene Wenger's successor.

Rice stepped away from his role at Arsenal last season.

"To replace someone like him is going to be a big deal. It's like replacing Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United," he told talkSPORT.

"I personally wouldn't like to be the man that comes behind these people because they have got a lot to actually follow."
