The RFEF have moved to block LaLiga plans to stage Girona's clash with Barcelona in Miami.

Cadena Cope says the RFEF has taken the decision not to authorise the match to be played in the United States.

It's reported the RFEF's legal services will transfer a letter to LaLiga this Friday, in which they will present solid legal arguments together with the opposition of UEFA, FIFA, the Government of Spain and the football players' union AFE.

In parallel, the RFEF will send two more letters to FIFA and UEFA explaining their stand and notifying them of their refusal to this initiative advocated by the president of LaLiga, Javier Tebas.
