REVEALED: Zidane had to convince upset Ronaldo about Real Madrid Copa commitment

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo feels he's become a scapegoat for fans.

Don Balon says the jeers and whistles from the home support during victory over Malaga alarmed the Portuguese.

So much so, that Ronaldo held talks with Real coach Zinedine Zidane about the situation.

It's alleged Ronaldo had no interest in taking part in tonight's Copa tie at Celta Vigo as he believed he'd again be blamed if Real fail.

Zidane gave his star a pep talk, urging him to ignore the boos and insisting one great performance will win the doubters back.

Ronaldo eventually agreed and will be in Vigo tonight, though there's doubts of him being included in the match squad.
