Crystal Palace midfielder Jairo Riedewald will be wearing a different shirt compared to the rest of his teammates this season.

Having seen the side in action wearing the new 2018/19 season kit some fans have commented on how Riedewald has appeared not to look the same as his team mates in the popular shirt.

“This year we have a tight fit shirt but I prefer to play in a normal fit so I asked the kit man whether he can bring a different style for me so that is why it looks extra baggy when I am playing,“ the Dutchman explained.

He added: “I am feeling good and I think the rest of the team do as well. We have played some positive games and the fitness is looking fine so we are happy with how things are progressing."
