West Ham United outcast Ravel Morrison has been offered to Newcastle United.
The Evening Chronicle says the Magpies were contacted earlier this month by representatives of the England under-21 striker, who has been told he has no future at the Hammers after falling foul of boss Sam Allardyce.
There has been interest from Lazio, but the player is understood to want to stay in the Premier League - and Newcastle have shown interest in the past on a player who Sir Alex Ferguson once considered the best young star he had ever worked with.
However, United did not take up the offer for the player, whose representatives have been trying to drum up interest in the forward.
