REVEALED: West Ham had £30M bid for Brahimi accepted by Porto

Porto winger Yacine Brahimi turned down an offer from West Ham last summer, it has been revealed.

Brahimi's contract expires at the end of the season and it looks as though the 28-year-old will leave Portugal after four years in the country.

But West Ham look set to miss out on the attacker.

Record reports Manuel Pellegrini's side already attempted to land Brahimi in the summer with a £30m bid.

Porto did not accept or reject the bid, instead leaving the decision up to Brahimi himself.

The former Granada star is said to have considered the switch to the Premier League before turning it down in favour of staying at Porto.
