Liverpool are monitoring Naby Keita's situation at RB Leipzig.
The Daily Star says the 22-year-old linked up with the Bundesliga outfit from their sister club in Salzburg last June.
And he's since racked up 21 appearances in all competitions, catching the eye of a cluster of European giants.
Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund have previously been credited with interest in Keita.
Liverpool's chances of landing Keita could be improved by Sadio Mane's presence on Merseyside though.
The Senegal ace is represented by the same agency as the Leipzig man. And Mane's so-far fruitful spell at Liverpool is said to have warmed his representatives to the club.
Should a bidding war between suitors ensue, Mane's positive experience could help push Keita in Klopp's direction.
