Dimitri Payet has a relegation buyout clause in his West Ham deal.

The Times says he can leave West Ham for just £15million if Slaven Bilic's strugglers get relegated.

The Frenchman is one of a number of Hammers with release clauses in their contracts should the club tumble out of the Premier League.

Bilic has managed to keep hold of Payet, 29, despite last season's heroics as the playmaker does not include a standard buy-out clause.

He is already the club's highest earner on £125,000-a-week, with chiefs hoping to negotiate an extension where the release fee could be renegotiated.
