Mesut Ozil gives Arsenal an edge in the race for VfL Wolfsburg attacker Julian Draxler.
Draxler recently reaffirmed his desire to leave Wolfsburg after he was forced to stay put in the summer.
Bild says the Gunners currently trail Paris St-Germain in the hunt for his signature.
However they suggest the want-away midfielder, who is also reportedly a target for Juventus, may favour a move to north London due to the presence of Mesut Ozil.
The Germany team-mates are said to be good friends and apparently went on holiday together after Euro 2016.
It's claimed Draxler may be better suited to Arsenal's style of football.
They reckon he could slot in nicely alongside Ozil in a 4-2-3-1 system.
