Napoli are in advanced talks with Tottenham over a January deal for Mousa Dembele.

Tuttosport says Napoli chief Cristiano Guintoli has already struck personal terms with Dembele's representatives.

And talks have also commenced with Tottenham over a fee for Dembele. The jumping off point is €14 million.
