AC Milan coach Vincenzo Montella has two games to save his job.
Defeat at Sampdoria has angered many inside the Milan boardroom, with chief exec Marco Fassone blasting the players' attitude.
Tuttosport says Fassone and fellow director Massimo Mirabelli met with Montella at Casa Milan on Monday to pick over the setback.
Montella knows his job is on the line over the next fortnight, with games against Roma and Inter Milan looming.
If Milan lose both clashes, the coach is expected to be shown the door.
