REVEALED: Man Utd boss Ferguson asked Real Madrid for Kaka

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is interested in Real Madrid midfielder Kaka.

Sport says Ferguson made an enquiry about Kaka's availability at the beginning of November, but was informed by Real president Florentino Perez that he was not for sale.

This morning, it's been revealed Florentino is reviving his plans for Wayne Rooney and is willing to pay £60 million for the striker.

A swap involving Kaka, whose creativity is just what Ferguson's midfield is lacking, cannot be discounted.
