Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris' deal carries a buyout clause.
France Football says Lloris' new contract, which runs to 2019, includes a buyout clause in the event Spurs fail to qualify for the Champions League.
Missing out on the top four would mean Lloris can leave for a bid of €20 million this summer.
PSG and Real Madrid are being linked with the France captain, who has emerged as one of the game's best goalkeepers since his arrival in 2012.
Spurs are currently six points behind fourth placed Manchester United on the Premier League table.
