New PSG football chief Patrick Kluivert is looking to make an instant impact.

The Dutchman took the job last week and has already put in a call to Fenerbahce striker Robin van Persie, says L'Equipe.

The former Manchester United and Arsenal captain is available and has been offered to Stoke City and West Ham.

Kluivert is also keen, seeing Van Persie as the ideal big name replacement for new United signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Van Persie was also offered to Barcelona last week.
