REVEALED: Evra's first Juventus goal broke his 15-YEAR Italian scoring drought

Juventus fullback Patrice Evra broke a 15 YEAR goalscoring duck in Italy with his effort against Sampdoria.

The former Manchester United captain's goal in yesterday's 1-1 draw with Samp was his first for Juve and also a goal that ended a 15 year drought in Italy.

The last time Evra scored on Italian soil was in 1999 in Serie C1 for Marsala. The game was won 3-0 against Savoia.

The following season Evra earned a move to Monza in Serie B.
