Gigio Donnarumma is considering his future at AC Milan after developments this week.

Napoli goalkeeper Pepe Reina, off contract in June, was at Milanello in recent days for a Rossonero medical. Reina is expected to join Milan on a Bosman deal in June.

The Spaniard is being lined up by Milan to compete with Donnarumma next season - but the youngster is unimpressed.

Corriere dello Sport says Donnarumma is upset over Reina's potential arrival as it's likely to force older brother Antonio out of the club. Antonio Donnarumma joined Milan last summer to act as cover for Gigio.

Indeed, it's also suggested the relationship with Gigio Donnarumma and certain Milan directors has quickly deteriorated in recent months.
