Diego Costa has rejected a bumper pay-rise offered by Chelsea.

The Times says he snubbed the offer which would increase his current weekly wage by £50,000.

Costa was reportedly unwilling to commit his future to Chelsea.

The Chelsea striker has been offered £600,000-a-week to join Chinese Super League side Jiangsu Suning, who are also said to be willing to pay the Blues £80m for the 28-year-old.

Chelsea are reluctant to offer Costa more than £200,000-a-week and talks over a new deal are on hold following the training ground bust-up.
